Malinda Gibson is a Human Services Generalist with a career span over a decade of skilled experience in case management and 6 years of supervisory experience working in single, family, domestic violence, mental illness/chemical abuse shelters and transitional housing in New York and Texas.

As a Human Services Generalist she uses a wide range of prevention, intervention, and remediation methods when working with families, groups, individuals, and communities to promote human and social well-being.

Pulluptherug was founded in 2016 to address Breaking the “Rug Sweeping” mentality. The mission of pull up the rug is to create valuable and engaging content in addition to providing resources that challenge one to heal and tap into a space where unresolved issues can be addressed to become the most authentic version of themselves. In 2022 shortly after relocating to Dallas, Malinda accepted her calling to ministry for the Kingdom of God. Malinda started Pulluptherug Podcast in October 2022 where she fosters conversations with people who are allowed to be vulnerable while promoting mental and spiritual healing with rugpullers across the world.
